Terms & Conditions.

These terms govern use of this website and provide general information about enquiries, quotations and services supplied by IR Group WA Pty Ltd.

Important: a written quotation, work order or service agreement may contain project-specific terms. If there is an inconsistency, the project-specific document applies to that work, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. About these terms

By using irgroupwa.com, you agree to these website terms. References to “IR Group WA”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean IR Group WA Pty Ltd. These terms do not replace a quotation, work order or contract issued for a particular service.

2. Website information and acceptable use

Website content is general information only. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but service descriptions, availability, coverage and pricing may change. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation or use its content unlawfully.

3. Enquiries are not confirmed bookings

Submitting a form, calling, emailing or requesting a quotation does not by itself create a confirmed booking or require either party to proceed. Work is confirmed only when we accept the request and agree on the scope, timing and applicable price or charging method.

4. Quotations and scope

Unless stated otherwise, quotations are based on information reasonably available when prepared. A quotation may be revised where site conditions, access, existing systems, concealed faults, customer instructions, supplier pricing or required compliance work differ from what was originally understood.

Work outside the agreed scope, including requested additions or necessary variations, may require approval and additional charges before proceeding.

5. Scheduling, access and customer responsibilities

Dates and arrival windows are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Delays may occur because of emergencies, weather, supplier availability, access, safety or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, disclose known hazards and relevant site information, obtain permissions they are responsible for, secure pets and personal items, and ensure an authorised person is available where required.

6. Safety and unforeseen conditions

We may pause, reschedule or decline work where conditions are unsafe, unlawful, outside the agreed scope or require appropriately licensed specialists. If previously unknown faults, hazardous materials or non-compliant conditions are identified, we will explain the issue and, where practical, seek approval before additional work is undertaken.

7. Prices, invoices and payment

Prices, deposits, call-out charges, payment stages and due dates will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or agreement. Unless expressly stated, website content is not a fixed-price offer. Customers should raise invoice questions promptly so they can be reviewed.

8. Changes and cancellations

Please notify us as early as possible if access, timing or the requested work changes. Reasonable cancellation, rescheduling, restocking or supplier charges may apply where they were disclosed or where IR Group WA has already incurred costs. Any such charge remains subject to applicable law.

9. Products, equipment and warranties

Products and equipment may also carry manufacturer warranties with their own conditions. We will provide or identify available warranty information where reasonably applicable. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, external events or work performed by others may not be covered, subject to rights under law.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation. Services supplied to consumers come with guarantees including that they will be provided with due care and skill, be fit for an agreed purpose where applicable, and be supplied within a reasonable time where no time is fixed.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IR Group WA is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this website or reliance on general website information. Any limitation stated here operates only to the extent permitted by law and does not affect non-excludable consumer rights.

12. Intellectual property and external links

Unless otherwise stated, website branding, text, graphics, layout and original media are owned by or licensed to IR Group WA. They may not be reproduced commercially without permission. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse all third-party content, availability or practices.

13. Privacy

Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes, governing law and severability

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to operate.
